We review every application manually. Matches are made based on career field, sub-topic expertise, availability, communication style, and mentorship goals. No algorithm — a real person reviews every pairing before it goes out.
Every mentor goes through a personal review before being accepted. We check LinkedIn profiles, verify professional background, and only accept mentors who meet our standards. Paird is invite-only at launch for exactly this reason.
Your subscription gives you access to the Paird platform, a verified mentor match in your field, scheduling tools, and the ability to run a structured mentorship program or ongoing sessions. You can cancel at any time.
Mentors are giving their time. Charging them for the privilege of helping someone makes no sense to us. The student subscription covers the platform. Mentors get a clean experience, a matched student, and zero admin work.
