Mentorship structured around your next step

Try once or stay for ongoing support. No long-term commitment required.

Every Paird plan includes a personal application review, a curated mentor introduction, and a guided first-session framework. Whether you are a student, recent graduate, career changer, or professional navigating your next move, Paird finds the right person and handles the introduction properly.

Paird fees support the review, matching, coordination, warm introduction, session guides, check-ins, and support process. Mentors volunteer their time and must agree before any introduction is made.

Our match guarantee: If we cannot identify a relevant mentor willing to connect, your active match review credit rolls over — no questions asked. For The Sprint, if no match is found within 90 days, you may request a full refund.
Payment processing is being finalised. Start with your application now. If Paird is a fit, we will confirm your plan and billing details before moving forward.

Each match cycle begins with one curated introduction and is designed around a 6–8 week relationship. Your plan controls how many active match reviews you receive — not how long a mentor relationship lasts.

What you are paying for

Access, coordination, and a proper introduction.

Paird reviews your application personally, searches for a mentor whose background aligns with where you are headed, handles the coordination, and makes a warm two-sided introduction when the mentor agrees to connect. Every step is done by the Paird team — not an algorithm.

You are not paying for a mentor's time. Mentors choose whether to accept each introduction. What you are buying is the review, the match, the coordination, and a structured way to start the conversation right.

What you build from there is yours.

Common questions

What is an active match review?

An active match review is one complete matching cycle: Paird reviews your goals, searches for a relevant mentor, coordinates the introduction, and makes a warm two-sided connection when the mentor agrees. It includes your session guide and follow-up support. Each review is handled personally by the Paird team.

What happens if you cannot find a match?

Your active match review credit rolls over at no extra cost until we find the right fit. For The Sprint (one-time plan), if no match has been made within 90 days, you may request a full refund — no questions asked.

What counts as one match cycle?

A match cycle begins with one curated introduction and includes a suggested 6–8 week structure for up to three conversations. Paird makes the introduction and provides the session guide; the mentor and mentee decide together how the relationship continues.

Am I paying for the mentor's time?

No. Paird fees support the review, matching, coordination, warm introduction, guides, check-ins, and support process. Mentors volunteer their time and choose whether to accept each introduction.

What if the match isn't a good fit?

On the Growth plan, you receive one rematch review per cycle. On Starter or Sprint, contact us within 7 days and we will review your situation individually.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. Paird is designed to be useful when you need it. There are no long-term commitments and no cancellation fees.

Are mentors paid?

Paird mentors participate voluntarily. They receive mentor recognition, a LinkedIn-ready badge, and priority access to future Paird mentor-network opportunities. We are transparent that cash stipends are not available at this stage and will be introduced as the platform grows.

Why is the pricing lower than many coaching or mentorship services?

Paird is designed to be accessible, especially for students and early-career professionals paying out of pocket. The goal is to help more people access the right guidance at the right time — not to price out the people who need it most.

Your next chapter starts with the right conversation.
