Every Paird plan includes a reviewed application, a curated mentor introduction, and a guided first-session framework. Whether you are a student, recent graduate, career changer, or professional trying to better position yourself in your industry, Paird helps you start with the right conversation.
Paird fees support the review, matching, coordination, warm introduction, session guides, check-ins, and support process. Mentors are volunteering their time during our founding stage and must agree before any introduction is made.
Best for exploring a field, making an early decision, or seeking your first guidance relationship.
Best for people actively navigating decisions, transitions, or skill development.

A note on what Paird is
You are not paying for a guaranteed outcome. Career paths are shaped by conversations, relationships, and moments of real guidance — not by apps or algorithms alone.
Paird does one thing: it reviews where you are, looks for the right person for your current goals, makes a warm introduction when the mentor agrees, and gives you a structured way to start.
You are not buying guaranteed access to a mentor's time. You are buying Paird's review, matching, coordination, introduction, and support process.
What you build from there is yours.
What counts as one match cycle?
A match cycle begins with one curated introduction and includes a suggested 6–8 week structure for up to three conversations. Paird makes the introduction and provides the guide; the mentor and mentee decide together how the relationship continues.
Am I paying for the mentor's time?
No. Paird fees support the review, matching, coordination, warm introduction, guides, check-ins, and support process. Mentors are volunteering their time during our founding stage and choose whether to accept each introduction.
What if the match isn't a good fit?
On the Growth plan, you receive one rematch review per cycle. On Starter or Sprint, contact us within 7 days and we will review your situation individually.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Paird is designed to be useful when you need it. There are no long-term commitments.
Are mentors paid?
Paird's founding mentors participate voluntarily. They receive Founding Mentor recognition, a LinkedIn-ready badge, and priority access to future Paird mentor-network opportunities. We are transparent that cash stipends are not available at this stage and will be introduced as the platform grows.
Why is the pricing lower than many coaching or mentorship services?
Paird is designed to be accessible, especially for students and early-career professionals paying out of pocket. We keep the monthly options intentionally approachable because the goal is to help more people access the right guidance at the right time.
How long does a match cycle last?
Paird structures each cycle around approximately 6–8 weeks and up to three guided conversations. Your subscription controls how many new introduction requests you receive. The relationship itself depends on mutual availability, fit, and both parties choosing to continue.
