We're not looking for the most decorated resume.

We're looking for people who remember what it felt like to be at the beginning — in transition, or trying to break into a room without the right network.

Paird matches students, early-career professionals, career changers, and people navigating industry transitions with mentors who have actually done the thing they're trying to do. Not just studied it.

Mentors come from every field: healthcare, technology, finance, logistics, education, entrepreneurship, public service, trades, creative fields, and more. Your field of expertise matters less than your willingness to be honest and your ability to see yourself in someone earlier on the path.

Paird uses technology to organise applicant goals and identify possible areas of fit, but we do not send mentees to mentors automatically. Every introduction is reviewed, confirmed, and made only when there is a clear reason to connect.

What we are honest about

Paird is in its founding stage. Mentors are not paid right now. We will never pretend otherwise.

Paird will never send a mentee to you without confirming your availability and fit first. You will always have the choice to accept or decline an introduction before any connection is made.

Common questions

How many mentees will I be matched with?

Only when you are available and we have identified a strong fit. We set your availability preferences upfront and never send a match without confirming first.

How long is a mentoring relationship?

Paird structures mentorship in 6–8 week cycles of up to three guided conversations. There is no obligation beyond what you choose.

What if the match isn't right for me?

Tell us. We handle it professionally and protect your time and reputation.

What is expected of me?

One introductory conversation per accepted match. Mentees arrive prepared with a structured session guide. Your time should not be wasted.

Am I expected to offer jobs, referrals, or ongoing access?

No. Paird mentors are not expected to offer jobs, referrals, internships, or unlimited availability. The goal is practical guidance, context, and an honest conversation.

What fields are you looking for?

All of them. Healthcare, technology, finance, education, logistics, entrepreneurship, public service, trades, creative fields, and more. The match depends on the mentee's goals, not on prestige or industry alone.
